About Our Program

The Greater Manassas Baseball League (GMBL) offers an affordable and developmental Travel Baseball program designed for players looking to take the next step in their baseball journey—without giving up their connection to local rec ball.

Our travel teams provide a competitive, team-focused environment where players can grow their skills, learn the game at a higher level, and represent our community with pride.

Program Highlights

    •    Sunday Travel Schedule: Travel games and practices are held primarily on Sundays to minimize conflicts with rec ball and family time.

    •    Tournaments: Each season, teams typically participate in 2–3 out-of-town tournaments that give players a chance to compete regionally and experience tournament-style play.

    •    NVTBL Participation: Our travel teams play in the Northern Virginia Travel Baseball League (NVTBL), ensuring well-organized, competitive matchups against other travel programs in the area.

    •    Rec Ball Requirement: All travel players are required to participate in GMBL recreational baseball. We believe that consistent, live in-game reps are the best form of practice—helping players build confidence and sharpen their skills under real game conditions.

    •    Affordable & Community-Based: Our travel program is designed to keep costs low while maintaining high-quality coaching, instruction, and opportunities for competition.
